At TOPS Malibu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original tags are attached and the invoice is included inside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
